Get the combined dataset of all GEM (https://globalenergymonitor.org/) datasets.

Parameters:

  • raw (bool, optional) – Whether to return the raw dataset, by default False

  • update (bool, optional) – Whether to update the raw dataset, by default False

  • config (_type_, optional) – Custom configuration, by default None
